All of our Hair at Diva's Beauty supply is %100 human hair. Our hair can be bleached, dyed, washed and can withstand heat or perm. We recommend not exceed over 400 degrees when using heat our recommendation is between 350 and 400. We are not responsible for any damages due to exceeding these levels of heat. We are also not responsible for any loss, stolen, or damage done to products during shipping.
